The staff was very helpful. I did not have anything happen that they couldn't handle. Even though there were large events several times during my stay, they were not loud past 22:00. Oh, and the iced cappuccino with strawberry and cookie was amazing.

My stay in Sheraton was very relaxing. I really loved the historic aspect of the hotel (the architecture and the interior design) and the GIANT pool. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I felt very safe and cozy in my room, it was very clean. Would definitely love to come back and would highly recommend.

Tropical resort style swimming pool for adults and kids. Feel so free in here. They improved meals finally so no more complain.
